Product Warranty
Extended Warranty is honored provided payment is received within 30 days of product shipment; otherwise, Extended Warranty is NOT available for purchase.

If replacement is determined following Product Warranty validation, your support representative will assign an RMA#. Simply print and complete the Customer Return Materials Authorization form (to include the RMA# provided), then return the form along with the product. Be sure to retain a copy for your records.


Installation Terms & Conditions
EdgeAccess products not installed by an ECI (Edge Certified Installer) will void all service and product warranties.

Customers not under extended warranty may purchase support in one hour increments for $45 each unit.


EdgeConnect Service
All service plans are subject to a one-year service agreement applies. There is a one-time fee of $5 per local phone number, $25 per toll-free phone number, a $1 recurring monthly charge for retaining toll-free numbers, and a $50 per company setup fee.

All international calls are billed on a per country basis according to EAI then current Int’l rates.

ECI Training
Edge Certified Installations: All products sold by EAI must be installed and maintained by certified personnel of an EAI affiliate company. Each EAI affiliate must maintain a minimum of 15 employees certified through the applicable EAI training program. In order to receive such a prestigious certification, personnel are required to attend an EAI learning event and demonstrate the proper techniques of installation/maintenance and be certified by an EAI trainer to perform those techniques in the field. As a result of a product failure in the field, EAI certified personnel may obtain assistance from EAI labs if a maintenance agreement is in place. All other product users will have no assistance and as a result will deem the product out of any future warranty/service contracts.
